Who will deliver my order?

We use Australia Post Express Shipping to deliver your online order nationwide.

Can I pick up my order?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in South Melbourne. There is no pick up service available.

Will I be notified if my item is out of stock?

Yes you will be notified if we cannot fulfil your order before being dispatched.

Can you recommend a product? If I’m not certain?

If you are unfamiliar with a product, we will be happy to assist you through the online chat or click on contact us.

Are your products genuine or copies?

All our products are 100% genuine. We do not sell any fake or copy products, ever.

What if I wish to modify my order?

Please contact us by email to find out if you are able to modify your order. Once the order has been finalised, no modifications can be made. Order modifications include cancellation requests, address changes, or adding/removing items from your order.

The item I’ve ordered isn’t what I wanted or expected. Can I send it back?

Yes. If the goods are to yet opened or used. Please refer to our returns policy.
