Returns and Refunds

All claims must be made within 7 days of your purchase. You must contact Bang Hair before returning any item to us.

Once your item has been received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What products are non-refundable/non-returnable

• Products that have been opened and have lost/damaged its original packaging.
• Products that have been used.
• Sealed products where sealing has been removed after delivery.
• Products that for reasons of health and safety are not suitable for return.

You are liable for any postage costs in returning any items to us.
